Personal Care Services (PCS)

You have choice and control over your care.

Self-directed Personal Care Services (PCS) give you control over your in-home care. You recruit, select, and train your caregivers to provide in-home care and support. We manage employment-related tasks.

Personal Care Services support activities that are important to your daily living. These may include personal activities for you and your home environment to support you.

Activities of Daily Living: These activities assist with care for you personally.
  • Bathing/Grooming
  • Dressing
  • Toileting
  • Eating
Instrumental Activities of Daily Living: These activities support the care of your personal environment.
  • Meal preparation
  • Shopping
  • Laundry
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housework
