Consumer Direct Care Network Alaska (CDAK) will transition to electronic time entry next month! Caregivers will enter all service time and mileage electronically through the DirectMyCare Web Portal or CareAttend mobile app starting September 28, 2025. Clients and Authorized Representatives will be able to approve time entry in real time, see budget utilization, and other helpful reports.

  • You may receive a call from one of our service representatives to gather information for the transition. If you do not receive a call, we have the information needed for a successful transition.
  • We will host live training sessions beginning September 15, 2025 to help Clients and Caregivers learn more about the DirectMyCare Web Portal and the CareAttend mobile app.
  • Activate your account in the DirectMyCare Web Portal. Follow these simple instructions to activate your account today.
  • Visit the CareAttend Resources and Training page of our website to review training materials.
